Our Healthy Milk chocolate Hazelnut spread is made using minimum of 50% Hazelnuts and our signature Milk chocolate (Made from single origin beans of “Andhra Pradesh”). We roast our cocoa beans, remove the shell and stone grind for over 48 hrs to release the subtle cocoa aroma and add the other ingredients to make milk chocolate to which roasted Hazelnuts are added and further stone ground for 6 hrs to make the most creamy and rich chocolate Hazelnut spread.
Our Chocolate truffles (x27) are made using our signature bean to bar chocolate made in house artisanally, Jersey cream, Honey and crème de café liquor. This silky ganache is then encased in a milk chocolate shell and dusted in cocoa powder.

Cocoa49.2 is the brain child of Chef Kundeti. Kundeti has an M.B.A in Hospitality from a renowned Vatel Hotel management Institute, France and he is an accomplished executive head chef with over 20 years of culinary experience from France and United Kingdom. Born in a south Indian family, he was always intrigued by the use of spices and flowers in food and he has started to experiment with sweet treats. Cocoa49.2 is the humble creation of Bean to Bar chocolate made from scratch in the heart of Jersey using the finest ingredients in the most artisanal and natural way. Finest natural ingredients are sourced from 4 corners of the world and made in small batches.
