Matt Taylor is the creative mind behind Jersey Sea Salt, a small-scale artisan business which is sustainable and environmentally friendly. Matt harvests natural and pure sea water from the east of the island at high tide and then evaporates this in his bespoke salt houses using just the sun all year round. The pure salt crystals are then scooped up, infused with other ingredients or simply packaged up and sent off around the world!
