Semi-matt archival photographic print of an aerial photograph of St Brelade’s Pier
This was a shot which I had visualized in my mind but didn’t initially think it would make a winning image. Nonetheless, I flew the drone above St Brelade’s Pier and refined my composition only to be surprised at how beautiful it looked. I landed the aircraft several times for me to adjust the polariser so as to cut through the surface glare. I love the simple geometry and tonal palette of this photograph.
