Our chocolate truffles are made using our signature bean to bar chocolate made in house and Jersey cream. This silky ganache is then encased in a chocolate shell and dusted in cocoa powder. Each box contains 8 truffles and available in different flavours.

Kundeti has an M.B.A in Hospitality from a renowned Vatel Hotel management Institute, France and he is an accomplished executive head chef with over 20 years of culinary experience from France and United Kingdom. Born in a south Indian family, he was always intrigued by the use of spices and flowers in food and he has started to experiment with sweet treats. Cocoa49.2 is the humble creation of Bean to Bar chocolate made from scratch in the heart of Jersey using the finest ingredients in the most artisanal and natural way. Finest natural ingredients are sourced from 4 corners of the world and made in small batches.
