This mounted print of the Jersey road sign ‘La Vallée des Poulets Libérés’ is somewhat of a unique piece. In the summer of 2019, the fictitious spoof road sign appeared along La Route de l’Aleval, known as the Old German Road, or chicken valley, created by the Anonymous Arts Group. No sooner had it appeared, referring to the feral chicken population which could be found roaming the valley, than it vanished presumed stolen, never to be seen again.
