If you are buying for somewhere other than Jersey then bear in mind that tide clocks are most effective when used in semidiurnal tidal areas, which experience two high and two low tides, approximately equal in size every lunar day.

The raised map area is created using real maps and these tide clocks are ideal for anyone who loves the sea, swimmers, surfers, fishermen, or anyone who would like to add a touch of charm to their home or boat. We use a special tide clock movement to accurately predict high and low tides. Available as a desktop clock (wall hanging option available) or wall clock.
