Combo pack featuring our three signature white chocolate spreads – almond, hemp and cashew.
Our White Chocolate spreads are made using minimum of 50% nuts and our signature White chocolate (Made from single origin beans of “Andhra Pradesh”). We extract our own cocoa butter from the beans, mix with milk powder & sugar and then stone grind for 48 hrs to make white chocolate to which roasted nuts are added and further stone ground for 6 hrs to make the most creamy and rich chocolate nut spread.
All items are made in small batches in a Jersey kitchen that handles nuts and dairy. See below for detailed ingredients list.
Cocoa49.2 is the brain child of Chef Kundeti. Kundeti has an M.B.A in Hospitality from a renowned Vatel Hotel management Institute, France and he is an accomplished executive head chef with over 20 years of culinary experience from France and United Kingdom. Born in a south Indian family, he was always intrigued by the use of spices and flowers in food and he has started to experiment with sweet treats. Cocoa49.2 is the humble creation of Bean to Bar chocolate made from scratch in the heart of Jersey using the finest ingredients in the most artisanal and natural way. Finest natural ingredients are sourced from 4 corners of the world and made in small batches.
