We roast our cocoa beans, remove the shell and stone grind for over 48 hrs to release the subtle cocoa aroma and add the other ingredients to make milk chocolate to which roasted nuts are added and further stone ground for 6 hrs to make the most creamy and rich chocolate nut spread.
